Recently, the Xinxing Building Materials Terminal of Tianjin Port witnessed a historic moment - the first foreign trade vessel, "HIROI", successfully berthed, marking the official launch of foreign trade business at the terminal and injecting new impetus into the vigorous development of the Gaoshaling Port Area of Tianjin Port and even the core shipping area in the north.
 
Xinxing Building Materials Terminal Company is located in Gaoshaling Port Area of Tianjin Port and is an important logistics hub in the region. The company covers an area of 422,300 square meters, with a land depth of 680 meters. It has three 70,000-ton general-purpose berths, a wharf coastline of 784 meters, and a water depth of 15.3 meters at the front. The terminal is well-equipped with hardware facilities, including 6 25-ton gantry cranes and 3 40-ton gantry cranes. The maximum storage area of the yard is 370,000 square meters, and it has one Class C warehouse of 5,806 square meters. The official launch of this foreign trade business will drive the company's business scale to achieve a leapfrog growth, significantly enhance the general cargo handling capacity of Gaoshaling Port Area, and further improve the general cargo operation efficiency of Tianjin Port.
