Recently, the 21st "Kong Xiangrui Cup" Vocational Skills Competition of the Group Company - the "Technical Elite Showdown, Position Experts Striving to Be Pioneers" Automation Equipment Maintenance Skills Competition between Alliance International Company and Ouya International Company was successfully held in the maintenance workshop of Ouya International Company. This activity aims to deeply instill the essence and key points of equipment maintenance - "observation, auscultation and olfaction, inquiry, and palpation" - in the hearts of every employee and transform them into practical actions. It focuses on enhancing the understanding level of technical staff in management positions regarding the working principles and maintenance processes of equipment, and strengthening the collaborative efficiency with front-line equipment maintenance personnel.
This competition focuses on key equipment such as artificial intelligence transport robots (ART) and automated lifting devices, with technical personnel in management positions as the main participants. Through promoting learning, practice and refinement through competition, it effectively ignites the enthusiasm of technical employees in management positions to delve into business, hone skills and strive to be pioneers. It is an important practice for the company to cultivate compound talents who are both good at management and proficient in technology.
After the initial selection, a total of 16 contestants from 8 teams representing the technical and IT departments of Alliance International Company and Eurasia International Company successfully advanced to the final. The competition content is divided into two major sections: "Theoretical Knowledge Quiz" and "Troubleshooting and Handling of Automated Equipment Faults", comprehensively testing the theoretical transformation ability, practical operation skills and safety standard awareness of management position technicians. During the competition, all the participating teams remained calm and composed, worked in perfect harmony, and answered the theoretical questions fluently, fully demonstrating their profound skills. During the troubleshooting session, the contestants made meticulous judgments and operated in a standardized manner, fully demonstrating the technicians' superb professional skills and excellent professional qualities.
